WinterFest - It's Time to Shine
Shortly after Six Flags and Cedar Fair Entertainment Company merged, they asked for our help with a seasonal holiday campaign helping drive awareness and excitement for their WinterFest events at amusement parks all over the U.S. and Canada.​
​WinterFest is a family friendly event where the warm glow of six million lights sets the stage for true holiday wonder.
My team pitched the idea of a "Little Lightbulb That Could", an adorable holiday bulb that gets a little lost as he bravely makes his way through the spectacle of WinterFest in search of where he belongs.
I helped develop the concept for this video along with the tone and voice for our Little Light, and even pitched this to the client doing the voice of Little Light. I'm super proud of how this spot turned out.
Tricks & Treats Radio Ad
Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (which recently merged with Six Flags) asked us to create a family-friendly Halloween ad for their Tricks & Treats event, held across their various parks and franchises. So, I went straight to my cauldron and started brewing up some creepy-crawly copy.
Here's the radio ad I wrote and directed. We ended up recording 16 tracks of 0:30 and 0:15 ads to be played throughout the various Cedar Fair park markets. For the sake of keeping it simple, here are the ads for Kings Island that aired in the greater Cleveland area.
