Our client California Lottery's tag line for Scratchers is "A Little Play Can Make Your Day". While we've helped them pivot to being more of an entertainment brand than just a state lottery, a lot of their POS tactics were feeling a little less than playful.
We wanted to give Lotttery's target audience of grocery shoppers and convenience store patrons some fresh touch points and innovative tactics to help refresh the brand tag line's promise. Here are some ways we updated Lottery's POS "toolbox" while highlighting the fun of playing Scratchers.
